If you can run Sims 3, Torchlight, Skyrim, Civ 5, or any other recent mass-market release, then you should be able to run D3 at similar settings. It would be pretty shocking if they don't manage to eek SOMETHING out of it. I'd wager the 4250 is the third or fourth most popular integrated video solution in laptops. Keep in mind that this is a mass-market release the mass market has laptops with crappy integrated videocards. Your only real option is to wait until it comes out and try it (or you could download it and mooege and try that to get an idea). What this means is that the video card leaches memory from your computer when it's doing anything memory intensive (i.e., 3d rendering). The reason it says you won't be able to run it is because the radeon mobility HD 4250 is an integrated video card.
